1,000 LB CLUB CHALLENGE

 

Competition Week: April 26 – May 2, 2026

 

Do you have what it takes to be in the club? Put your strength on the clock: hit a 1-rep max Bench Press + Back Squat + Deadlift and rack up your cumulative total—within one hour.
Competitors who successfully complete ALL lifts in one hour will receive a custom
t-shirt and of course, bragging rights.

Choose your club with these weight divisions:

  • 500lb – 749lb (500lb Club Division) 
  • 750lb – 999lb (750lb Club Division)
  • 1,000lb – 1,249lb (1,000lb Club Division)
  • 1,250lb – 1,499lb (1,250lb Club Division)
  • 1,500+lb (1,500lb Club Division)
