Compass focuses on two types of communication: internal and external. Internal communication involves initiatives such as Wellness Wednesday videos circulated to first responders weekly, publishing a monthly newsletter, administering a private Facebook group for first responders and their significant others, tailored resources located on the Compass website, and wellness coaches participating in ride-alongs to spread the word about Compass. External communication focuses on the community, including managing a public Facebook page, restaurant week, hosting community events, and participating in National Night Out.
