Wellness Wednesday | 12 Days of Christmas Workouts

Amy H takes you through the 12 days of Christmas workouts |||||||||||||||||||||  Push your Pace but keep good form!  Equipment needed: Men: 2 dumbbells (recommend 25-35lbs) Women: 2 dumbbells (recommend 10-15lbs)  Perform 1 repetition of the 1st exercise, then 2 reps of the 2nd exercise followed by 1 rep of the 1st exercise. Then 3 reps of the 3rd exercise followed by 2 reps of the 2nd exercise followed by 1 rep of the 1st exercise and so on until you get up to the 12th exercise for 12 reps where you’ll work all the way back down to the 1st exercise (just like the song ) 1. Burpee to Tuck Jump 2. Squat to Upright Row 3. ½ Burpee 4. Single Arm Clean to Press (4 reps each side) 5. Squat Jump 6. Alternating Reverse Lunge (6 reps each side) 7. Jacks 8. Bicep Curl 9.
